Hoy se ha avanzado de manera significativa hacia la consolidación de la Superliga, ahora rebautizada como Liga Unify, en el panorama del fútbol mundial. Aunque todavía no se han alcanzado acuerdos definitivos, los pasos dados reflejan un esfuerzo claro por cumplir con las disposiciones del Tribunal de Justicia de Europa. Este organismo había dictaminado que para que una competencia pueda ser reconocida y coexistir bajo el paraguas de las instituciones globales que rigen el fútbol, debe cumplir con ciertos principios esenciales: apertura, inclusión y respeto por los modelos de equilibrio deportivo.
