Meu Relatório Actifit: fevereiro 13 2025

Foi um dia bem caminhado, hoje 🤭.
O primeiro pico no gráfico é o meu deslocamento pro trabalho, de moto.
Trabalho no 9º andar, tinha reunião no 6º, evitei elevador e desci e subi as escadas.

Depois fui pro Encontro Nacional de Prefeitos e Prefeitas no centro de convenções Ulysses Guimarães, onde passei a maior parte do tempo em pé, circulando pelos estandes e dando o primeiro atendimento pra quem chegava.

Voltei pra casa, de moto (o último pico no gráfico), e agora estou jogado na rede, fazendo este post, ouvindo os hinos dumas das minhas igrejas 😊, descansando pra ir ali num karaokê bar...
