Hi Actifiters!
Today was a nice day with 12k steps and more!
It's getting really late and I won't structure this update as I usually do also because I have the watch charging and therefore not all the monitoring data would be complete.
It was a positive day not only from a movement point of view, also considering the basketball training, but also from a diet point of view since I didn't consume a lot of calories but I burned a lot.
By the way, it's Friday and, as you know by now, the weekend is always very "sporty", tonight I have a soccer match and tomorrow I'll do 4 hours of swimming for pool lessons; on Sunday I also have to go to the stadium so, all in all, I'd say it'll be a nice "calorie burning" weekend!
Now I'll say goodbye and go to bed because my eyes are closing from tiredness.

Oggi è stata una bella giornatina da 12k passi e più!
Si è fatto tardissimo e non strutturerò questo aggiornamento come faccio di consueto anche perché ho l'orologio in carica e quindi non tutti i dati del monitoraggio sarebbero completi.
È stata una giornata positiva non solo da un punto di vista del movimento, considerando anche l'allenamento di basket, ma anche da un punto di vista della dieta visto che non ho consumato moltissime calorie ma ne ho bruciate parecchie.
Tra l'altro siamo venerdì e, come ormai saprai il week end è sempre molto "sportivo", stasera ho la partita di calciotto e domani farò 4 ore di nuoto per le lezioni in piscina; domenica c'è anche da andare allo stadio quindi, tutto sommato, direi che sarà un bel fine settimana "brucia calorie"!
Ora Ti saluto e vado a nanna perché mi si chiudono gli occhi dalla stanchezza.
