My Actifit Report Card: November 3 2022

Hola mis amigos de ActiFit, hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes mi actividad física en la mañana de hoy donde desperté bien temprano y me dispuse a realizar un largo recorrido en las zonas aledañas a donde vivo actualmente.

Arranque la carrera desde casa después de un calentamiento muy completo de todo el
cuerpo y un estiramiento de los músculos, en vistas de evitar una que otra lesión.

Cómo pueden apreciar en las imágenes que comparto con ustedes, fue un recorrido por las calles aledañas a la zona donde vivo, una zona donde hay bastante vegetación e incluso un hermoso río que hace que la vista del recorrido sea más acogedora y para el disfrute de quien se disponga a realizar ejercicios mañaneros o a cualquier hora del día. Un terreno mayormente llano, solo con alguna que otra pequeña pendiente que requería de un poco más d esfuerzo pero bueno a la hora de correr pues va variando el ritmo cardíaco y el ritmo de carrera.

El tiempo de carrera fue de unos 30 minutos aproximadamente, pero a un buen ritmo y sentí que fue una maravillosa manera de comenzar el
día, porque no solo fue el provecho que obtenemos al ejercitarnos sino que disfrute del ambiente natural e hizo que empezara mi día muy activo y feliz. Maravillosa carrera la que viví hoy en la mañana e invitó a todos ustedes a comenzar sus días de esta manera y compartir sus experiencias con todos nosotros, además de anécdotas deportivas unidas a la actividad realizada en ellas, Un Saludo de su amigo @osmy91.

Hello my friends of ActiFit, today I come to share with you my physical activity this morning where I woke up very early and I set out to do a long run in the surrounding areas where I currently live.

As you can see in the pictures I share with you, it was a run through the streets near the area where I live, an area where there is plenty of vegetation and even a beautiful river that makes the view of the route more welcoming and for the enjoyment of those who are willing to perform morning exercises or at any time of day. A mostly flat terrain, only with the occasional small slope that required a little more effort but good at the time of running because it varies the heart rate and running pace.

The running time was about 30 minutes, but at a good pace and I felt it was a wonderful way to start the day, because not only was the benefit we get from exercising, but I enjoyed the natural environment and it made me start my day very active and happy.
