My Actifit Report Card: May 26 2022

Hello my beautiful people, lover of physical activity and Fitness, I am coming for the first time to this excellent community to report my physical activity and some actions that I perform in Post to improve my fitness and wellness of my body. The work today was arduous because throughout the day I was in constant movement and giving physical work to my body. To end the day, I did a run of a few kilometers to feel at ease and maintain a proper health. The distance covered was not easy but it was pleasant besides having a cozy atmosphere around me and having a splendid climate for physical exercise. Greetings and I hope to continue sharing my work with Actifit.

Hola mi gente linda amante de la actividad física y del Fitness, estoy llegando por primera vez a esta excelente comunidad a reportar mi actividad física y algunas acciones que realizo en Post de mejorar mi estado de forma y bienestar de mi cuerpo. El trabajo en el día de hoy fue arduo pues durante todo el día estuve en constante movimiento y dándole trabajo físico a mi cuerpo. Para culminar la Jornada diaria, realice una carrera de algunos kilómetros para sentirme a gusto y mantener un salud adecuada. La distancia recorrida no fue fácil pero resulto agradable ademas de contar con un ambiente acogedor a mi alrededor y contar con un clima esplendido `para realizar ejercicios físicos. Saludos y espero poder continuar por acá compartiendo mi trabajo con Actifit.
