My Actifit Report Card: April 5 2025

Happy weekend to all of you. Here the weather is beautiful and lends itself to go to the beach.

Feliz fin de semanas para todos. Por acá el clima está divino y se presta para ir a la Playa.

That's why my physical activity this weekend will be very tempting, don't think I'm going to swim a lot, I'm not good at swimming, but I'm going to walk along the seashore, both at sunrise and sunset.

Es por eso que mi actividad física este fin de semana será muy tentadora, no crean que voy a nadar mucho, no soy buena en natación, pero voy a caminar por la orilla del mar, tanto al amanecer como al atardecer.

I love those moments, they are good for the body and soul.

Adoro esos momentos, le hacen bien al cuerpo y al alma.
