An immense pleasure to greet you @actifit community, the community that rewards the movement that brings us health.
I am pleased to share with you my constancy in meeting my daily 5k goal, most of the days I over achieved it, but the most important thing is to feel that I feel better and more willing.

In these modern times when we have so much pressure, feeling motivated to exercise is very important because it helps our body and spirit.

My walk today was super special, because the Havana promenade shows us a great view, the sea is always a good companion to heal.

Mi paseo hoy fue súper especial, pues el paseo marítimo de La Habana nos muestra una vista genial, el mar siempre es un buen compañero para sanar.
