My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2025
Greetings my friends from @actifit, I haven't written in the community for several days and you already know that when this happens it is due to communication and electricity problems.
But between all these inconveniences I have not stopped doing my exercise day, today I am very excited because I walked much more than usual at my work for a super nice reason.
At my work we received the visit of a group of 3rd grade students, to whom we showed our center, some samples of rocks and fossils.
I was very happy, because the children enjoyed, learned and we all exercised walking from one side to the other.
Children have tremendous energy, so they recharge us older children with it and help us to be active.
TSeveral specialists joined the tour, who explained the usefulness of geology for society and the importance of taking care of the planet.
The explanations were of great interest to both children and toddlers.

TSaludos mis amigos de @actifit, hace varios días no escribía en la comunidad y ya ustedes saben que cuando esto sucede es debido a los problemas de comunicación y electricidad.
Pero entre todos estos inconvenientes no he dejado de hacer mi jornada de ejercicios, hoy estoy muy entusiasmada porque caminé mucho más de lo habitual en mi trabajo por una razón súper linda.
En mi trabajo recibimos la visita de un grupo de escolares de 3er grado, a los cuales le mostramos nuestro centro, algunas muestras de rocas y fósiles.
Yo quedé feliz, pues los niños disfrutaron ,aprendieron y nos ejercitamos todos caminando de un lado a otro
Los niños tienen una tremenda energía, por lo que nos recargan de esta a los más mayorcitos y nos ayudan a estar activos.
A este recorrido se sumaron varios especialistas, quienes le explicaron acerca de la utilidad de la geología para la sociedad y la importancia de cuidar el planeta.
Las explicaciones fueron de mucho interés tanto para los niños como para los pequeños.
