Good weekend my dear friends of actifit.
Without much to say today, just that I did my 5k, I changed my route and it was quite nice.

Sin mucho que decir hoy, solo que cumplí mis 5k , cambie mi recorrido y fue bastante agradable.

These days we have an increase in temperatures and the weather is very nice, neither cold nor hot in excess.
