My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2025

A cordial greeting to all the friends of @actifit, I hope you are all well, I am too, although the work is quite hard.

Un cordial saludo a todos los amigos de @actifit, espero todos se encuentren bien, por mi parte también lo estoy, aunque el trabajo es bastante fuerte.

Today a cold front penetrated through the west of the country, it is raining in Havana since early morning, the rain is not intense but persistent and you can already feel the coldness, we are at 17°c tomorrow for sure there will be more cold.

Hoy penetró un frente frío por el occidente del país, en La Habana desde temprano llueve, no es intensa la lluvia pero si persistente y se siente ya la frialdad, estamos en 17°c mañana seguro hay más frío.

The cold makes my bones suffer a little, that's why physical exercise is vital and helps me a lot, that's why I do not abandon them and I fulfill my plan.

El frio hace que mis huesos sufran un poco, por eso el ejercicio físico es vital y me ayuda mucho, es por eso que no los abandono y cumplo con mi plan .
