Happy and prosperous new year to all members of the Actifit community, I want to thank you all for the support you have given me this year, as you have been key in helping me achieve my goals.

Feliz y próspero año nuevo para todos los miembros de la comunidad de Actifit, quiero agradecerles a todos el acompañamiento que me han dado en este año, pues han sido claves en ayudarme a conseguir mis metas.


At times when for one reason or another I have faltered, your words have given me the strength to continue.

En los momentos en que por una u otra razón he titubeado, las palabras de ustedes me han dado fuerzas para seguir.


For 2025 I want to continue working on not only walking, but also doing more therapeutic physical exercises to help me improve my knee pains.

Para el 2025 quiero continuar trabajando en función de no solo caminar, hacer más ejercicios físicos terapéuticos que me ayude a mejorar mis dolores en las rodillas.
