Greetings my friends of Actifit, I tell you that my cousins went to pick me up to go to the Hotel Nacional to enjoy their barbecue and thus walking through the courtyard of the hotel I could meet my daily goal.

Saludos mis amigos de Actifit, les comento que mis primos fueron a buscarme para ir al Hotel Nacional a disfrutar de su parrillada y así paseando por el patio del hotel podía cumplir con mi meta diaria.

They know that the whole situation we live in the country has me a little upset, but with the pain of my soul I declined the invitation because I had to go to work.

Ellos saben que toda la situación que vivimos en el país me tiene un tanto molesta, pero con el dolor de mi alma rechacé la invitación pues debía ir a trabajar.

When I got to work I just opened my computer and the power went out, and it didn't come back on until 3:00 in the afternoon.

Cuando llegue al trabajo no hice más que abrir mi computadora y se fue la electricidad, y no regresaba hasta las 3 de la tarde.

Entonces cambie de actividad, hice otras tareas, que requerían bajar y subir escaleras , agacharme , pararme, pues acomode las tarjetas de firmas que estaba en el l primer piso.

Cumplí con mis 5k, pero les aseguro que en los jardines del hotel nacional de seguro lo sobrepasaba con creces🤣
