Saludos mis amigos, no creo que haya una comunidad que estimule más que la nuestra al ejercicio físico.
Disfruto mucho de caminar y si es por La Habana Vieja declarada por la UNESCO patrimonio de la humanidad y en buena compañía mejor.
Hoy les debo decir que además de caminar estoy haciendo algunos ejercicios para fortalecer mis huesos porque créanme soy una maraca.
Agradezco a la comunidad por motivarme y por el acompañamiento .

Greetings my friends, I don't think there is a community that stimulates physical exercise more than ours.
I really enjoy walking and if it is in Old Havana, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and in good company, all the better.
Today I must tell you that besides walking I am doing some exercises to strengthen my bones because believe me I am a maraca.
