Hello my friends of the @actifit community, it is always a pleasure to share my report with all of you, because it is always an incentive your words of support to not cease in the effort to meet my goals.
Our community does a lot for our health, since it promotes physical exercise.
Walking, playing and swimming were my activities, although I only half my physical activity just by walking.
It is always a pleasure to share with you.

Hola mis amigos de la comunidad de @actifit, es siempre muy grato compartir mi reporte con todos ustedes, porque siempre es un incentivo sus palabras de apoyo para no cesar en el empeño de cumplir con mis metas.
Mucho hace nuestra comunidad por nuestra salud, ya que promueve la realización de ejercicios físicos.
Caminar,jugar y nadar fueron mis actividades, aunque solo medio mi actividad física solo por caminar.
Es siempre un placer compartir con ustedes.
