I hope that my weekend will be as busy as our community, as you know I have to spend some time to fix the house, but I have to go to an appointment with some friends.

Muy buen Fin de Semanas Comunidad de Actifit, yo espero que mi fin de semanas este tan movido como nuestra comunidad, es que como saben debo dedicar tiempo a los arreglos de casa, pero debo acudir a una cita con unos amigos.

That means I have to pace my chores and tomorrow morning I am going out with my husband for this very special meeting.

Today I want to let you know I have my 5k reported, but actually exceeded the registration, but I forgot to open the application.

Eso implica que deba poner ritmo a mis tareas y mañana bien temprano salgo con mi esposo para este tan especial encuentro.

Hoy quiero que sepan tengo mis 5k reportado, pero en realidad superó el registro, pero olvidé abrir la aplicación.

As usual I walked to work at a good pace, on the way back I took some pictures in the community park.

I was glad to see it full of children and young people playing sports, their laughter and virility gave a very fresh and colorful touch to the place.

Cómo de costumbre caminé hacia el trabajo a buen ritmo, de regreso tomé algunas fotos en el parque comunitario

Me alegro verlo lleno de niños y jóvenes que practicaban deporte, sus risas y virilidad le impregnaban un toque muy fresco y colorido al lugar.

I say goodbye always grateful for everyone's support, because they encourage me to stay active and appreciate the small details of life, which make us happy.
