My Actifit Report Card: September 4 2024

Hello friends of actifit, I tell you that yesterday was a very busy day, I walked a lot because as you know I walk to and from work, I enjoy that walk because the road is full of things to admire.

Hola amigos de actifit, les cuento que ayer fue un día bastante movido, camine bastante pues como saben voy y vengo del trabajo caminando, disfruto de ese andar pues el camino está lleno de cosas para admirar.

Yesterday I also did some gardening, I fixed a plant that was damaged by so much rain, it was a very good exercise for my legs and arms, I ended up exhausted but happy.

Ayer también me dedique a la jardinería, arregle una planta que con tanta lluvia se dañó, fue un muy buen ejercicio para mis piernas y brazos.Terminé exhausta pero feliz.
