My Actifit Report Card: June 11 2024
Happy beginning of the week to all the actifit, a fruitful week and success in your daily goals.
I am not reporting today all the physical activity I did, because I forgot to run the application, what a pity!
This week I must be very busy at work, so I will need not only to perform my usual walks, but I must perform relaxation exercises.
I will keep you posted on how I am organizing my weeks.

Feliz inicio de semanas a todos los actifit, una fructífera semana y éxitos en sus metas diarias.
Yo hoy no reporto toda la actividad física que realice, pues se me olvidó poner a funcionar la aplicación, que pena!
Está semana debo estar bien atareada en mi trabajo, por lo que necesitaré no solo realizar mis habituales caminatas, sino que debo realizar ejercicios de relajación.
Ya les iré reportando como voy organizando mi semanas.
