Hola comunidad de actifit, hoy cumplí con mi meta de 5k, pero me fue algo difícil, mi rodilla derecha me duele algo, pienso sea que me excedi con la caminata de 10k de hace unos días, no estaba preparada.
Hoy debo hacer algo de reposo, espero mañana este mucho mejor.

Hi actifit community, today I met my goal of 5k, but it was a little difficult, my right knee hurts a little, I think I overdid it with the 10k walk a few days ago, I was not prepared.
Today I have to do some rest, I hope tomorrow I will be much better.
