My Actifit Report Card: September 11 2023
Hello everyone, hope you are fine and doing your work in your respected fields.
Today, i was doing some stuff and counting walnuts. The walnuts of Kashmir are purely organic compared to imported california walnuts.In Kashmir Walnut is known as "Doon" by kashmiri language .
I started counting walnuts at 4 pm and ended up at 06:30 pm. I counted 8.5k that were big and there were 1 k to 2 k approximately which were small in size and can't be traded at the present rate. So i kept them aside, they will be used in indian pickel called "Chutney".
Kashmir walnuts are famous around the world. They have white and big walnut kernel and they are also famous for their taste.
Walnut kernel have something protection type layer on them when firstly harvesting. And we remove it while eating because it tastes like sour. And after drying them, they (walnut kernel) are eaten as they are.
