Why Toby Anderweireld? A club that has something good to do now and future can't always go for old players, It in United States of America that they buy old players. To get old in the club is different, Cecar Azplicueta has been at Chelsea some his young age and got old there, there's nothing wrong with getting old with a club but buying old players isn't fair.

Chelsea even have a rule and regulations that they follow; once a player is 30 years, they shouldn't give him more than a year contract, even that a year isn't a big money, it's a money that would be less, Thiago Silver isn't collecting huge amount of money, let's assume Chelsea would go for Tobby Anderweireld, it is a year contract that they would give him? They should be patient until they would see the best striker that suit them. The only condition that can make Chelsea go for aged players is if they are in condition that Barcelona are presently; no money.

Toby Anderweireld at 33 years is the option Glenn Johnson gave Chelsea and it's not as if he's playing at any of the Europe clubs that are strong, he's playing at Qatar, where their league is not even as tough as any other European clubs. Chelsea just need to be patience if they haven't find the best striker that suite their play way, maybe Chelsea should give Thomas Tuchel the chance to scout players on his own if they can't find him any players that suit Thomas Tuchel play way because it seems Tuchel's play way is hard to understand by many strikers, Lukaku shine at Inter Milan but deem when he reached Chelsea and Tuchel didn't give him at least one season to prove himself.

Even Kareem Benzema that shines now has once flopped, when Gonzalo Higuain, Kaka and Christiano Ronaldo was at Real Madrid, his glory was hidden but now that he's aged, he shines, even more than when he was young, so I didn't see reason why Chelsea, Thomas Tuchel to be precise should not let Romero Lukaku stay one more season to proof himself because it happens at times that player won't do as expected when they bought them, good example in the same Chelsea, Timo Werner shine when he was in Germany but flop at Chelsea.
