A fresh morning unfolded like a quiet symphony, thick cumulus clouds danced with dabs of sunlight, and everything still shimmered with dew. The air felt fantastic, full of life and lilac, as if spring had exhaled. I took the Schleusenland route, starting with breath and meditation at various waterside spots, by the gentle brook, where the breeze carried a coolness that kissed the skin. Birds sang like a live orchestra, no two notes alike. On the way back, I wandered through the palace gardens, down the fern path, and there they were: ferns, already unfurling like green question marks. I didn’t come back empty-handed, I brought those moments back for you.
Ein frischer Morgen entfaltete sich wie eine leise Sinfonie, dicke Quellwolken tanzten mit Sonnenflecken, und alles glänzte noch vom Tau. Die Luft war großartig, voller Leben und Fliederduft, als hätte der Frühling ausgeatmet. Ich nahm die Schleusenlandroute, begann mit Atem und Meditation an verschiedenen Wasserstellen, am kleinen Bach, wo ein kühler Wind die Haut streichelte. Die Vögel sangen wie ein Orchester, kein Ton wie der andere. Auf dem Rückweg schlenderte ich durch den Schlosspark, den Farnweg entlang und siehe da, die Farne entrollten sich schon wie grüne Fragezeichen. Ich kam nicht mit leeren Händen zurück, ich habe euch diese Momente mitgebracht.
