The sun had barely burned through the morning mist when I set out, but the warmth already whispered of summer. Double-digit temperatures danced on my skin as I walked the Luiseninsel route, each step quiet, slow, deliberate. I paused at the water’s edge—breathed deep, exhaled slow. With nothing but the hush of the trees and the rhythm of my breath, I drifted into a meditative stillness. Later, I kept things simple: a light breakfast, then a digital deep-clean—updates, backups, a bit of tech decluttering across every device I own. No distractions, no doom-scrolling, just a quiet commitment to clarity. And while I didn’t plan to share, I couldn’t resist the moment: I brought back a slender willow branch, glowing green in the sun above the rippling water—like a small, silent souvenir from a day that didn’t demand much but gave back plenty.

Die Sonne hatte kaum den Morgendunst durchbrochen, da war es schon spürbar wärmer. Zweistellige Temperaturen streichelten meine Haut, während ich die Luiseninselrunde ging – langsam, leise, achtsam. Am Wasser hielt ich inne, atmete tief ein, ließ los. Die Ruhe, das Glitzern – perfekte Kulisse für eine kleine Atem- und Meditationseinheit. Danach ein leichtes Frühstück und dann: ein gründlicher Hausputz auf all meinen Geräten – Updates, Backups, digitales Aufräumen. Kein Lärm, kein Stress, nur Klarheit. Und obwohl ich eigentlich nichts mitbringen wollte, konnte ich nicht widerstehen: ein zartgrüner Weidenzweig, von der Sonne über dem Wasser beleuchtet – ein stilles Andenken an einen Tag, der wenig verlangte, aber viel gab.
