Another icy morning under zero degrees—another clear, unremarkable sky, without a cloud in sight. The Schleusenland route was on the agenda today, with a pause for breathwork and meditation at the large sluice weir. The hope? That the late frost wouldn’t ruin too many plants this year. As the giant fireball rose, lighting up everything around it like it always does—just a regular unspectacular sunrise—I spotted a heron and a cormorant sitting nicely framed directly at the weir. And of course, I brought you along for the view.
Ein weiterer eisiger Morgen unter null Grad – der Himmel klar und unspektakulär, ohne eine Wolke zu sehen. Heute stand die Schleusenlandroute auf dem Plan, mit einer kurzen Pause für Atemübungen und Meditation am großen Schleusenwehr. Die Hoffnung? Dass der späte Frost dieses Jahr nicht zu viele Pflanzen zerstört. Während die riesige Feuerkugel aufstieg und alles wie gewohnt einfach hell machte – ein unspektakulärer Sonnenaufgang halt – erwischte ich einen Reiher und einen Kormoran, die schön eingerahmt direkt am Wehr saßen. Natürlich habe ich euch den Moment mitgebracht.
