A frosty morning gripped the city, the air crisp and clear, the sky a deep blue with only a few wisps of cloud. Silence stretched across the streets—an almost sacred stillness that belonged only to the early risers. I strolled through the palace park, my breath visible in the cold. At the water’s edge on Luiseninsel, I settled in for breathing and meditation exercises. Birds bustled about, each lost in their morning ritual. Among them, a mandarin duck pair sitting on a branch lying in the water, their feathers gleaming like polished gemstones. In that quiet moment, the world felt weightless—no rush, no noise, just nature unfolding in its unhurried rhythm.
Ein frostiger Morgen hielt die Stadt in seinem eisigen Griff, die Luft war klar und kalt, der Himmel tiefblau mit nur wenigen Wolkenfetzen. Eine beinahe heilige Stille lag über den Straßen, ein Geschenk für jene, die früh unterwegs waren. Ich ging durch den Schlosspark, mein Atem stand sichtbar in der Kälte. Am Wasser auf der Luiseninsel verweilte ich für Atem- und Meditationsübungen. Überall waren Vögel in ihre Morgenroutine vertieft. Ein Mandarinentenpaar saß auf einem Ast der im Wasser lag, sein Gefieder leuchtete wie polierte Edelsteine. In diesem stillen Moment schien die Welt schwerelos – kein Lärm, kein Eilen, nur die Natur, die ihren ungestörten Rhythmus lebte.
