There’s nothing quite like an early morning walk that sets the tone for the day. With a crisp, clear sunrise and temperatures just above freezing, I stepped out the door to greet the quiet morning. By the time I strolled through the Tiergarten, the sun was starting to rise behind the trees. I passed by the iconic "Goldelse", and soon found myself by the „Neuer See", where I took a moment to breathe deeply and calm my mind with meditation exercises. Afterward, I wandered through a local food market, grabbing a few fresh ingredients. I wrapped up the morning lounging on my rooftop terrace, soaking up the nearly 20°C warmth and enjoying the peaceful moment of the afternoon.

Es gibt nichts Schöneres als einen Spaziergang am frühen Morgen, der den Tag einleitet. Bei einem frischen, klaren Sonnenaufgang und Temperaturen knapp über dem Gefrierpunkt trat ich vor die Tür, um den ruhigen Morgen zu begrüßen. Als ich durch den Tiergarten spazierte, ging die Sonne bereits hinter den Bäumen auf. Ich kam an der ikonischen „Goldelse" vorbei und fand mich bald am Neuen See wieder, wo ich mir einen Moment Zeit nahm, um tief durchzuatmen und meinen Geist mit Meditationsübungen zu beruhigen. Danach schlenderte ich durch einen lokalen Lebensmittelmarkt und kaufte ein paar frische Zutaten ein. Den Vormittag ließ ich auf meiner Dachterrasse ausklingen, wo ich die fast 20°C Wärme aufsaugte und den friedlichen Moment des Nachmittags genoss.
