I stepped out even earlier today than yesterday and was rewarded with rare stillness, hardly a soul in sight, especially in the palace park. The crisp, cold sunrise painted the sky in pastel shades, while the morning air hovered just above freezing. By midday, the sun had warmed everything past ten degrees, turning the chill into a pleasant embrace. I took the long route through the Schleusenland, letting my legs lead the way. At the big weir, I paused for deep breaths and quiet meditation, the rushing water a steady soundtrack to my stillness. Later, I picked up some fresh food, enjoying the slow rhythm of a day well spent. The flowers unmistakenly show that spring is coming with big steps.

Ich war heute noch früher unterwegs als gestern und wurde mit seltener Ruhe belohnt, kaum Menschen, besonders im Schlosspark. Der kalte, klare Sonnenaufgang tauchte den Himmel in pastellige Töne, während die Morgenluft knapp über dem Gefrierpunkt lag. Mittags brachte die Sonne über zehn Grad, die Kälte wich einer angenehmen Wärme. Ich nahm die große Schleusenlandrunde, ließ meine Beine den Weg bestimmen. Am großen Wehr hielt ich inne für Atem- und Meditationsübungen, das Rauschen des Wassers ein beständiger Begleiter. Danach kaufte ich entspannt ein paar frische Lebensmittel, ein Tag mit gutem Rhythmus. Die Blumen zeigen unmissverständlich, dass der Frühling mit grossen Schritten kommt.
