The crisp morning air clung to my skin as I took a slow, steady recovery walk, no rushing, no recklessness. I refused to risk a relapse. Every step felt like reclaiming a little more strength. Afterward, I stocked up on fresh groceries. My fridge had been embarrassingly empty, a sad sight of wilted leftovers and expired cartons. Finally, after a week of struggle, I could eat normally again. My body, drained and depleted, needed fuel. And although today marks the meteorological start of spring, i have a nice winter sunrise for you to enjoy.
Die kühle Morgenluft haftete an meiner Haut, als ich einen langsamen, bedachten Erholungswalk machte, kein Hetzen, keine Hektik. Ich wollte kein Risiko eines Rückfalls eingehen. Jeder Schritt fühlte sich an wie ein Stück zurückgewonnene Kraft. Danach füllte ich meinen leeren Kühlschrank auf. Endlich konnte ich nach einer Woche wieder normal essen. Und obwohl heute meteorologischer Frühlingsbeginn ist, habe ich einen winterlichen Sonnenaufgang für euch zum geniessen.
