Sunrise after Pain - My Actifit Report Card: February 28th, 2025

After being completely destroyed for a few days with intense body aches, headaches, chills, and a stubborn cough, I woke up today with no pain for the first time. Though I still felt weak and the cough lingered, there was a noticeable shift. A cup of coffee worked wonders, giving me the boost I needed to kickstart my day. I seized the momentum and cleaned up both my apartment and myself, even managing to take enough steps to share this little victory with you. The photo shows a heron bathing in the morning sun some time ago, a reminder of the snow that had only recently melted away.
Nachdem ich für einige Tage mit heftigen Gliederschmerzen, Kopfschmerzen, Schüttelfrost und einem hartnäckigen Husten komplett zerstört war, wachte ich heute zum ersten Mal schmerzfrei auf. Obwohl ich noch schwach war und der Husten blieb, war eine spürbare Verbesserung zu erkennen. Ein Kaffee gab mir den nötigen Schub, um den Tag zu starten. Ich nutzte den Moment und räumte sowohl die Wohnung als auch mich selbst wieder auf, wobei ich sogar genug Schritte machte, um diesen kleinen Erfolg mit euch zu teilen. Das Foto zeigt einen Reiher, der vor einiger Zeit in der Morgensonne badete, eine Erinnerung an den Schnee, der erst kürzlich geschmolzen war
