The day had a chaotic start, but it turned out smoother than expected. The yet quiet venue in East Berlin seemed to welcome me as I arrived, though the morning commute had thrown me off track. I had to dash for a bus that came too early, only to be delayed by a train, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it arrived earlier than the one I had planned to take. By the time I arrived, I was ahead of schedule. The rest of the day was about precision, configuring the geometry and adjusting the colors of six laser projections that had already been set up the night before. One projection had an annoying greenish-blue tint, but with a few tweaks, it blended seamlessly with the others. I also routed the second fiber line and setup up some remaining stuff at the video control desk (FOH-Front of House). It felt like a relaxed workday, everything in place, and the photo shows one side of the venue, looking ready for the show to begin.

Der Tag begann chaotisch, aber am Ende lief alles viel ruhiger als erwartet. Der noch stille Veranstaltungsort im Osten Berlins empfing mich, als ich ankam, obwohl der morgendliche Arbeitsweg mich etwas durcheinanderbrachte. Ich musste für einen Bus rennen, der zu früh kam, nur um von einem Zug verspätet zu werden, was sich jedoch als Glücksfall herausstellte, da er früher als der geplante Zug eintraf. Als ich ankam, war ich zeitlich gut dran. Der Rest des Tages bestand aus Präzision, der Konfiguration der Geometrie und der Anpassung der Farben von sechs Laserprojektionen, die bereits am Vorabend installiert worden waren. Eine Projektion hatte einen nervigen grünlich-blauen Farbstich, aber mit ein paar Anpassungen im den Farbeinstellungen passte dann alles gut zusammen. Ich richtete auch die zweite Glasfaserleitung ein und bastelte noch ein paar restliche Geräte in den Video-FOH (Front of House). Es war ein entspannter Arbeitstag, alles war an seinem Platz, und das Foto zeigt die eine Seite der Halle, der bereit für die Show war.
