The gray clouds hung low on that rainy Monday morning, a dreary start to the week. A quick walk along the riverbank offered a brief moment of clarity before the stormy weather returned. Just as the drizzle paused for a moment before it settled in for the day, I spotted a young swan, its feathers soft and pristine, gliding gracefully on the water. It was a fleeting moment of peace, one that seemed to remind me of nature’s quiet persistence. Soon, the rain picked up again, and the wind howled, making the weather less than inviting for any more outdoor adventures. Back home, I found comfort in the warmth of my living room, where I did a few exercises to shake off the lethargy. As I prepared for the start of the new work year, the day’s rain and routine offered a simple reminder: even the stormiest of days are just stepping stones to brighter moments ahead. The morning’s calm encounter with the swan, fleeting as it was, stayed with me long after the weather turned back to gray, a small spark in a sea of rain.
