The morning began mild, with a softness in the air that hinted at the rain to come. I made it a point to slip outside early, fitting in a peaceful walk through the palace gardens and catch some sunlight before the clouds could catch up and wrap the skies in grays. Along the way, I practiced a few breathing exercises, letting the crisp air sharpen my focus. Back home, I kept the momentum going: stretches to loosen tight muscles, deeper breaths to clear my head, and a quiet meditation to center myself. The terrace needed some attention, so I swept away the stubborn layer of leaves, clearing space for stillness. Finally, I turned to the ever-persistent "paper war," sorting, filing, paying bills and discarding what no longer mattered. It wasn’t flashy, but it was fulfilling, a rhythm of small acts that left the day lighter, cleaner, and better organized.
