The chill lingered, with temperatures staying below 5 degrees, and I was still feeling a bit under the weather. Despite that, I took a brief morningwalk to hit my 5K step minimum, soaking in the crisp air that filled my lungs. I spent Monday resting again, savoring the slower pace and letting my body recover. I took a moment to work on a fog-laden photo of the Jungfernheide water tower from last weekend, capturing that misty quiet that made the scene almost magical. There's something peaceful about a Monday spent unwinding, letting nature and stillness do the healing.
