This morning, I walked around the Mierendorff island, not too cold, not too windy, just right for a walk that woke me up without weighing me down. I met the usual group of saturday graffiti artists prepping for some new pieces, the walls being painted with plain background colors by some while others were laughing and planning. The moon, though no longer full, still hung in the sky, watching over as the sun slowly stretched its rays. The sky, with several different clouds forming like the coastline and mountain ranges of a fantasy map, had me thinking I‘m looking at a cloud map of Middle Earth for a moment. I kept my usual pace, fitting in some breathing exercises and a short meditation before heading to the store for some groceries shopping.
