Monday ☀️ 7095

Another workday, another missed morningwalk, sacrificed for the grind. Still showtime at the World Health Summit, and day two of three meant long hours again at the control desk in one of the main halls producing local and streaming images. Most of the time was spent seated, eyes fixed on screens, fingers tapping away, but I did my best to sneak in some steps today also for todays actifit report. In the morning i made a short walk to the Charlottenburger Tor at least and was rewarded with a very nice and colorful sunrise before i took a cab to the venue.
