There was no morning walk today, just the bare minimum to keep the actifit post ticking along. After a pretty exhausting week, it felt right to slow down and simply enjoy a laid-back free day. I just went by bike to the weekly market and picked up groceries. Other than that i took time to relax, recharge, and let the stress slip away. Tomorrow, the next job is waiting, but for now, I focused on unwinding. Some easy breathing exercises, a bit of meditation, and gentle stretching kept things simple and soothing. So therefore i just have two more shots of the movie theater i worked at yesterday for you to enjoy. One with the giant curtain closed in front of the Silver Screen and a view standing on stage looking into the auditorium.
