The weather has been a real rollercoaster lately, bouncing between scorching hot days with sticky, sleepless nights and nice fresh lower temperature days. This morning, a cool, fresh breeze swept in, bringing relief from the relentless heat. Taking advantage of the sudden shift, I hopped on my bike and decided to tackle a portion of my usual Sunday route. Riding to Jungfernheidepark felt like a brilliant idea as the wind cooled me down from the night, offering a sense of freedom I hadn't felt in a while. After parking my bike, I took a long walk, soaking in the serene surroundings and practicing meditation and breathing exercises. On my way back, I stumbled upon a growing pumpkin plant, a subtle but unmistakable hint that fall is just around the corner. It's moments like these that remind me of nature’s gentle signs and the promise of change that lies ahead.
