Mi reporte de Actifict: septiembre 26 2024 #swc
Entrenamiento difícil pero productivo.
¡Un cordial saludo a todas las personas dentro del ecosistema #Hive, especialmente a los miembros de actifit y a mis compañeros en #swc! Espero que todos estén disfrutando de un día maravilloso.
En el día de hoy comencé levantándome a las 7 de la mañana como de costumbre para así poder preparar mi desayuno de una manera efectiva luego fui directamente a hacer unos mandados en la plaza Urdaneta donde de realizar cada uno de estos me dirigí nuevamente a mi casa para poder realizar el almuerzo y poder comer tranquilamente luego me puse a reposar la comida para luego acostarme a dormir un rato al despertarme me preparé, ya que como es de costumbre suelo ir a entrenar a las 5 de la tarde. Tomé una ducha preparé mis cosas y me elegí a la urbanización de los ceibos para poder entrenar de una manera efectiva al llegar pude realizar mi rutina de entrenamiento enfocándome en el volumen y disminuyendo la fuerza para próximamente meter ejercicios un poco más difíciles en mi deporte que es la calistenia al finalizar me requieren de entrenamiento realicé algunos accesorios (básicos de los elementos estáticos) para así poderme sentir cómodo Y poder irme con esa con una sensación de fuerza y no de fatiga luego de dos horas de entrenamiento más el descanso entre series y la conversación junto con mis compañeros de entreno, pues por fin volver a regresar a mi casa donde preparé mi cena tomé una ducha y empecé a hacer mi maquetado.

When I arrived I was able to do my training routine focusing on volume and decreasing strength to soon add exercises a little more difficult in my sport which is calisthenics. At the end they require me to train. I did some accessories (basic static elements) so I could feel comfortable and be able to leave with a feeling of strength and not fatigue. After two hours of training plus the rest between sets and the conversation with my training partners, well, finally I returned to my house where I prepared my dinner, took a shower and started to do my layout.
