Mi reporte de Actifict: agosto 6 2024 #swc
Entreno intenso y caminata relajante.
¡Un cordial saludo a todos mis amigos de la comunidad #Hive, especialmente a los miembros de actifit y a mis compañeros en #swc! Espero que estén disfrutando de un día maravilloso.
Hoy, a las 5:30 de la tarde, me dirigí caminando a la plaza de toros para cumplir con mi rutina de entrenamiento diario. Como de costumbre, realicé mis 4 combos de fuerza, que me exigieron al máximo. Luego, me concentré en fortalecer la base para el estático con 10 repeticiones de ejercicios específicos. Para finalizar, realicé 5 ejercicios accesorios para descargar los músculos y evitar lesiones.
En total, mi entrenamiento duró aproximadamente dos horas y media. Después de semejante esfuerzo, me sentía agotado pero satisfecho. Mientras caminaba de vuelta a casa, pude relajarme y disfrutar de la hermosa noche.
Al llegar a casa a las 8:10 pm, me preparé una cena ligera y me dispuse a descansar. Un día tan intenso de entrenamiento requiere una buena recuperación para poder rendir al máximo en la siguiente sesión.
Me encanta compartir mis experiencias de entrenamiento con ustedes. Creo firmemente que el ejercicio no solo mejora nuestra salud física, sino que también nos ayuda a mantener una mente sana y positiva. ¡Anímense a incorporar la actividad física en su rutina diaria!
