My Actifit Report Card: October 17 2024 ( Rainy Thursday 🌧️)

I had a lot if plans mapped out for today, but rain decided to give me other plans 😩

I woke up this morning, i had plans to go and some work by 7am, i left the house to and headed straight to my destination.

Everything was going so smoothly, not until it started raining, i thought i was gonna be just little drizzle, suprise suprise....it got worse.

I had to run to a friend's house for shelter, it rained heavily for 3½ Hours, everywhere was flooded including my street, all i had in my was to go home and check my house, i didn't close the windows before heading out.

The rain finally stopped, but i couldn't go home because everywhere was still flooded. By this it was already past 12pm already, i was starving 😑.

I didn't want to ask my friend if she had food, i find it embarrassing to ask her for food, it feels like begging ( in my opinion), by the way I'm in house unannounced, so i didn't want to be a burden to her.

After much waiting, i headed home and guess what!?,** my house was flooded**, i was just confused looking at the water in my house, from the sitting room to the kitchen and then the other rooms, everywhere was flooded.

I don't know what it feels like to pack water from an apartment, this is the first time am experiencing this 😔, I've been residing in this apartment for so many years now.

I just locked my door and left the water and headed straight to my sister's place, I picked a few things before I left.

I sincerely don't know how I feel right now, but I'm grateful to God for being alive, once there's life there's definitely hope 🌻

Well, today has come and it's almost over, let's be positive minded ✌️

We go again tomorrow 💪❤️
