Relaxation is an important tool in improving mental health. It reduces stress and the symptoms of mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia. Relaxation also has many other related health benefits, Which include the following.

  • Reducing tension in muscle and severe pain.
  • Reducing fatigue.
  • It helps in lowering blood pressure.
  • Reducing anger and frustrations, boosting confidence to handle problems.
