My Actifit Report Card: August 31 2022

I did some home improvements and had to buy another 75kg of concrete since I used up the rest I still had left. So I went out to get some. I rode my bicycle to get there and fixed a small cart on the back of my bicycle. On the way home I pulled the cart with the concrete with one hand and my bicycle with the other one. It took a while to get home and it was heavy, but a good workout.
