Looking Good For Conte.

It's all smiles and happiness for Antonio Conte after the mixed season he has had with Tottenham, he would be delighted to be in the top 4 before Arsenal play their game. It's a sign that they are heading in the right direction.

We all know how passionate Conte is with his teams and I was unhappy when I noticed he signed for Tottenham because his presence is what we need at Manchester United. It hasn't been smooth sailing for him at Spurs which is to be expected but he is steering the team in the right direction and that's what matters.

I already ruled out Manchester United from the race for the top 4 ever since they got thrashed by Manchester City some weeks back. I took West Ham out of contention too. After all, they don't have what it takes to withstand the pressure and push further which I have been proved right because they have fallen off the wagon too.

Tottenham are back into the top 4 after embarrassing Newcastle United with a resounding 5-1 victory thanks to goals from Ben Davies, Doherty, Son, Emerson and Bergwijn. Harry Kane came with his A-Game yet again and it would be a massive blow for Tottenham should he leave and join Manchester City over the summer. He is everywhere and as he is banging in the goals, he is delivering quality assists and jaw-dropping crosses into the box as well while clearing chances away as well as tackle.

Antonio Conte has a lot of responsibility to make sure Harry Kane doesn't leave in the summer and that's if Kane's mind hasn't been made up yet, especially with how disappointed he felt with his proposed move to Manchester City before the season started.

I don't know what has happened to Newcastle United because I thought they were on the path to Premier League safety after they racked up 8 games without losing any. They won 6 games while drawing against Watford and West Ham but ever since that streak, they have lost 3 games on the trot and it's looking bad for them all over again. The 8 games without losing helped them to gain a lot of ground but if they don't get their acts together, they would start another relegation scrap. They have lost against Chelsea, Everton and now, Tottenham. I must say that they missed Kieran Trippier but Schar did so well with the freekick he took to give Newcastle United the lead before the onslaught started.

Arsenal and Tottenham would keep battling for this top 4 slot but for now, Tottenham sits comfortably there having the same points as Arsenal but having played 2 games more. Tottenham would be looking over their shoulder as their City and top 4 rival battle it out with Crystal Palace. They would hope that Crystal Palace can do them the favours so they can at least enjoy staying at the 4th position for one week, at least.

I know better so I won't have too many expectations on Tottenham because after their Manchester City heroics, I expected them to keep blazing but they have been inconsistent. I would say that Arsenal also knows how to grind out results and Patrick Vieira would do everything to get one over his former team as he leads Crystal Palace against Arsenal at Selhurst Park. It won't be surprising if Palace got one over Arsenal because they have been in a good form ever since Patrick Vieira took over and he organized his team so well while delivering the goods.

The pressure would intensify as the season is coming to a close for Conte but he would be focused on not losing any more games before the season comes to a close and that alone might deliver to him the top 4 he craves for but there is Arsenal standing in the way, so we have to see how the whole thing plays out.

Who are you rooting for in the race for the top 4? Please, no one should mention Manchester United. They are the worst since people started eating noodles with bread.

Thank you for your time.

I'm happy for those guys, especially kane and conte, they deserve more. But some how I hope they finish outside the top 4 alongside arsenal with man united in fourth even though they're shitty now, lol 😂😂.

Nice post.

Hahaha I wouldn't bank on Manchester United in 4th place for now...but it's a dream come true if we get it.

I wouldn't mention that team for top 4 as they will be 6th or 7th lol. Conte will get them close and are hoping on others to derail them. Lets see tonight starting with Palace.
