Disjointed United - Disjointed in Unity.

Manchester United left their fans disappointed yet again and it seems to be a reoccurring cycle for this team who is all bark but no bite. Starting from a coach who doesn't even know the best squad to a team with no pattern of play in addition to a team that doesn't play together but rely solely on individual brilliance. It's a shame considering the quality of talent they have at their disposal.

Manchester United blew the chance to go second on the table after Liverpool ran riot against Watford but as expected, Leicester City played to perfection and took charge of the midfield to leave United in tatters with a resounding 4-2 victory despite United taking the initial lead via Mason Greenwood's stunner. Tielemans emphatically returned the favour too before Soyuncu gave Leicester City the lead and the returning Marcus Rashford restored parity. Vardy and Daka added two late goals to heap defeat on United who boasted of better talents but were taught a harsh lesson like academy players.

Pogba was sloppy in the 6th minute which allowed Iheanacho to fly past Pogba and Maguire and his attempt at picking out Maddison was successful but Maddison was crowded and the attempt was snuffed out.

Leicester City dominated United in the early exchanges and came close on several occasions but couldn't break a resilient United defence line but the game turned on its head in the 19th minute after Wan Bissaka, Bruno Fernandes and Greenwood all combined that led to Bruno Fernandes giving the ball eventually to Greenwood and he unleashed a thunderstorm of a shot just outside the box to find the back of the net. The ball evaded everyone even the goalkeeper to find the top left corner of the post. United got the lead through their teenage sensation.

Leicester came close again in the 27th minute after Ricardo was found at the back end of the post and his one-time ball across the face of the goal was not met with alertness by Vardy as he watched the ball go out for a goal kick. It was a brilliant effort from Ricardo.

Sancho on the other kept the ball in play despite so many appeals for offside. The game continued with Sancho finding Ronaldo inside the box but his shot was blocked off by Schmeichel to deny the Portuguese in the 28th minute.

The moment came for Leicester City to draw level after Harry Maguire was sloppy on the ball. Iheanacho stole the ball from him and found Tielemans who wasted no chance to produced the kind of goal Bruno Fernandes scored against Leicester in the previous fixture. Tielemans produced a curling and accurately measured ball into the top left corner of the post leaving De Gea clueless. What an effort it was as we were graced with two spectacular goals already.

In the 39th minute, Leicester City produced another brilliant build-up which led to Iheanacho finding space at the edge of the box. He managed to shoot the shot which caught De Gea rooted on the spot but was unlucky to miss the target. What a goal that would have been as well for Leicester City.

United didn't show much in a match they were expected to at least win, no disrespect to Leicester City but Leicester took the lead for the first time in the game in the 78th minute when Daka met the corner kick with a lovely strike which De Gea parried into the path of Soyuncu and he wasted no time in guiding the ball into the back of the net.

Marcus Rashford received a long ball from the back after Lindelof perfectly picked him out and Rashford took his time a little before burying the ball into the back of the net to make it 2-2 in the 82nd minute.

Just when you thought United would hang on to the draw (as bad as that sounds) they caved in again and their goal only lasted a minute before Vardy popped up to give Leicester City the lead yet again. Ayoze Perez found Vardy with a lovely ball inside the box and Vardy's wonder goal flew into the back of the net perfectly.

Daka got his first Premier League goal for Leicester City to add to the embarrassment for United when he got into the end of a freekick that was flicked into his path. He managed to squeeze the ball home to give Leicester City a deserved victory.

It's the same story with United and we might wonder if they are now the struggling former Arsenal?
