A beautiful 10 km walk along the river with Lola this morning…. Nice to get some vitamin D

Still a little chilly but warmed up nicely by the afternoon and we spent some time in the garden pulling weeds.

Here’s a view from the trail. As you can see more and more leaves on the trees each day.

It’s nice for Lola to run off leash here … nobody else for miles …. Just have to keep a lookout for coyotes and skunks .

It's very nice when you can find a place where you can let Lola run off leash!😄
We will be grandchild sitting our sons dachshund this summer, unfortunately she sees squirrels everywhere and wants to chase Lol!😳

Very true, my friend that would not be good…
I also don’t want my sons dog to run off and get lost so unfortunately I guess I will have to keep her on the leash when she comes to visit this summer 😇

Beautiful, and I hope you see no coyotes and avoid the skunks as well! If you run into the skunks though, do you have enough tomatoe juice?

We have had a cooler than normal spring here; some trees are just barely showing signs of life while others are decked out in baby greenery. It is odd....

Thanks. Ha ha …yeah we would need to buy more tomato juice … does it work ? The best part of spring here are the flowering apple trees and magnolias. Spectacular.

Indeed-the flowers. As for the tomato juice.......I believe it does; I've never had to use it, but that is what I hear. Hopefully, Lola won't need a bath in it! Take care!
