A very beautiful sunny winter day here in the North East. No storms, no freezing rain, no -50 Celsius Polar Vortex … pretty much a perfect day for a 10 km walk in the snow with Lola.

Hello there! I gave your YouTube channel a subscription... it looks like Lola was having a good time. But my goodness; as I watched this, I could feel the cool wind blowing around... brrr lol. This actually reminds me of the opening scene from Neil Peart's video "A Work in Progress". In the beginning scene, he is walking through the snow... if you give it a peek, you will see what I mean (I am a big Rush fan).


This was a simply wonderful post! Like I always tell people... there is so much more opportunity when making these Actifit posts, than a simple graphic, with some numbers. You have just proved my theory... like I always mention my dear friend @jayna, and recently, another dear soul @palomap3... sharing with others your activities, really adds so much more value to your posts. I think so anyway... I thank you, for sharing this with us... Dealing with my Multiple Sclerosis, I am unable to do all the things I used to be able to do. So in essence... you have just allowed me to do what I enjoy... walking around in this beautiful world we have...

WOOPS.. yes… just a mistake. I thought was clicking follow. … there is a lag sometimes and it says I haven’t followed someone I thought I had followed… so when I click follow it unfollows ?

Yes the right clothes on off out into the snow and enjoy nature. Lola will have thanked you and it was definitely a wonderful day for both of you.

Yes .... we get outside as often as possible. Rain, sleet or snow.... and even in the sunshine some days. Love that Vitamin D

Yes that is also so important. I had a great dog for twelve years and we were only outside no matter what weather. Now I live in Hamburg and there it is first difficult with a dog and the dog then also to offer what he needs. But I will soon change again and then create the conditions to have a dog again and enjoy nature.
