A beautiful winter evening here in the North North East of the North Western Hemisphere …

Cold and snowy.

The snow is drifting again.

Perfect weather for a long walk to work off some of that Turkey and stuffing…

I am stuffed again. Who could ever imagine that bread cubes, celery, onions, butter, potatoes, parsley, sage, thyme and marjoram could taste so good.

I can’t get enough. It has become the main course to our Christmas Dinner. It’s all anyone wants to eat. The Turkey is a side dish…

Next year we probably won’t even bother baking a Turkey … it will just be stuffing and maybe some carrots and potatoes and cranberries … and white wine. Lots of white wine … and chocolate bûche (Yule log cake)

Oh I am stuffed.

I think I will need another walk.
