VR Cardio: FitXr Week (Fr/Eng)

Depuis que j'ai commencé à poster sur actifit, je me suis mis à l'idée de tester les différents jeux VR pouvant améliorer ma forme.

J'ai d'abord tester des jeux comme beat Saber qui sont avant tout des jeux avant d'être des applis pour suer.

Cette fois, c'est le contraire et j'ai donc commencer ma semaine gratuit de FitXr, une appli de fitness VR.

J'ai pour le moment tester que le mode boxing qui est assez amusant si on y donne du sien. Le mode survival de 25 minutes de shadow boxing ma laisser au sol une fois fini.

Since i started posting on actifit, i got the idea of trying out different VR games that can improve my fitness.

I first tested games like beat saber, design to be fun before being sweating apps.

This time it's the opposite and so I started my free week of FitXr, a fitness app.

For the moment, i have only tested the boxing mode which is quite fun if you give it fully. The 25 minute survival mode left me on the ground when finished
