My Actifit Report Card: March 16 2023

I am enjoying using this awesome actifit app to keep track my daily fitness goals.

I started my with some lite walkout around my environment and after which I played table tennis with my friend.

I also went out to do some shopping at the nearby electronic market. And spend little time at work because there was not much activities for me to do at work today.

So I left the office early and went to collect some vital things that I need for myself in the glossary shop
