My Actifit Report Card: March 14 2025

It's been a great day's walking activities with good results. Not minding the harsh weather I went out for a fitness health walk from Ikot Ekwere to Itu road to board a bus to Ikpa road junction.

My motive is to meet a senior executive office of ADSTAL in the office at University of Uyo, Nigeria. I had a project on hand from them which I am currently working on, and my my meeting him is to fine tune on the current stage of it as well as to introduce him to hive.blog blockchain.

He is hearing of Hive for the first time and from the look on his face, he is supprise that such platform exist. Because of his tight official schedule, since he was to meet with the directors, we had to reschedule the meeting.

The Engineering department office block looks quite due to students examinations going on, and I took some time to walk around some blocks.

After increasing my steps walking here, I make my way back to the office at Ikpa road to rest a while before returning back home. The days activities have been a successful one especially for the project assessment, and hopefully his hive-onboarding will be successful.

I have been able to make over 10700 steps to keep fit and healthy while burning some calories and improving my heart blood pump.
