My Actifit Report Card: March 13 2025

Greetings to you all, it's another great day with great actifit activities. Hope you had a wonderful day.

My walk start from home at Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itu road and then to Ikpa road down to Plaza before heading to Ibiam Street all in Uyo.

As usual, the plaza is always a beehives of activities ranging from commuters, hawkers, students and all others.

I then proceed to Udobio where I spent some hours attending to something else before returning home.

This evening, I went out for a walk again to the express way to pick up some items from the pharmacy.

Looking at the sky, the moon is displaying its wonderful light which is getting brighter gradually.

I pick up the items and return back home walking gradually while shading off the stress of the day.

By the time I got home, I have recorded over 10100 steps to keep fit and healthy.
